Return Policy

If you experience a sudden emergency that will prohibit you from attending your tour, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may re-book your attendance.

However, in the event that re-booking is not successful and you must cancel, your cancellation must occur no more than 24 hours before the start of the group specifically because we pre-pay our food and guides on the day of the tour.

The only non-attending refund exception is for tropical storms or hurricanes.
